Google Drive Backup explained

Rasmerk can back up all your data to Google Drive in an encrypted .mmbk file.

Requirements

• Google Drive Backup is a Premium feature.
• You must be signed in with a Google account.

How it works

1. Go to Settings → Backup → Google Drive.
2. Tap Back Up Now.
3. Rasmerk creates an encrypted .mmbk file and uploads it to your Drive App Data folder.

About App Data folder

• The backup is stored in a private area of your Google Drive called App Data.
• This folder is NOT visible in your regular Google Drive file list.
• Only Rasmerk can read this file.
• It counts toward your Google Drive storage quota.

Automatic backups

Rasmerk can back up automatically on a schedule. Configure the interval in Settings → Backup → Auto Backup.

What is backed up

All accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, friends, loans, and settings.
